This large, red brick building was situated at the top of the High Street by the High Street car park. The building was erected in 1913 for the Board of Guardians and Garstang Rural District Council (later absorbed by Wyre Borough Council in 1974). The Old Council Offices were demolished in 2019 and the site has since been redeveloped. The original redbrick frontage has been retained.
